Here are my ideas.

Motivate Youths.

rotate leadership equally within samaj. Weather reading the havan and sandhya or even given an oppertunity to research and present a specific chapter from a holy book on a Sunday service.

Offer them reward
When kids excels in school, participate in mandir chores or performance in sports.....they should be recognise by samaj.

I believe we can improve the activities in Arya Samaj by better networking. After all, we are all one large family and all the members must look after the interest of one another. If one member of the family helps another, it only strengthens the bonding. For this, we must have a Directory, which can guide each member, whom to approach for what kind of help and who needs what kind of help.

The other suggestion of course would be to make the programmes more interesting. For this again, all the members have to indicate, what interests them more. The Arya Samaj Forum itself is but one indicator of the interest of the person interacting through suh messages.

I am also keen to carry out a survey (and again Arya Samaj Forum can help a lot in this direction) to find out how various persons got introduced and became firm believers in the principles of Arya Samaj. How many are from the first generation ? How many from more than one, two, three generations ? And of course, how many did not continue from their previous generation and why ?

After analysing the data from such a survey, we can chalk out a result oriented action plan to strengthen or great family.

Suggestions of Directory etc. is good.

There is a Orkut forum "Aryasamaj" you can get like minded people.

The Speciality of Vedic philosophy is that, it propogates that
Gyana, Karma & Upasana, all are equally important.
All these three is to be pure.

Mostly Aryasamaj give importance to GYANA only

Karma is also important. We cannot escape from Karma.
There is a need to shove love and care towards the humanity.
fundamentally all are ATMA only.
Christianity etc. show love and affection/compassion
I do not want to enter into whether their GYANA is pure or not, you all are capable to judge that. That type of compassion is (seems to be) missing in Aryasamajists.

However i have seen lot of Samaji's who are dedicated to Vedas
and spread pure Gyana Karma Upasana. It is happening both in India and Around the World.
