Ohh okay.

Seems western to me... I prefer the manner purohits here (atleast) wear it - no shirt or such with the whole chest exposed; and wearing a pancha[i.e., cloth below the waist]. I really dont like that cap for one thing...

I don't wear the cap, and Purohits I know, don't either. It has nothing to do with the Arya Samaj.

Some people adopt that b/c of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, I assume.
