So what are you doing at Chrismas. buying gift and all kind of stuff.
people buying stuff in Holland allready, every year they start early.
so you celibrate or not?

Prabhatji,
Namaste! Well, i am working everyday for the month of December. 12 hours each day. I won't be seeing my kids for a long time. I bought lots of stuff for them. I mail gifts to my family already. I bought myself gifts.  I have been doing lots of it lately. I bought myseld a 14ct bracelet. Its the first time buying those...i usually get them as xmas gifts.
I have all the gifts wrapped and hiding in the basement. I might not be decorating much this year. My baby is in to everything so i may do it the week before. I usually stay home on xmas day......i cook whatever i feel like and take te time to remember the good times in Guyana and what i am missing.

This will be my first christmas/holiday season in USA. So its new to me. In India its not that big a deal except at the hotels which arrange some parties.
I already saw a few singing carols over the thanksgiving weekend at the town square . I am curious a bit. It feels everyone gets into holiday mood and there are so many fairs and sales. Its mad everyone talking abt the best deals. I bought a small camera and thats going to be all the shopping for now. We exchange lots of gifts and sweets during Diwali and Dusshera rather than Xmas. So thats abt it. |

nice but do you have a tree in the house. i have a fake one, but this time i need some new decoration. any idea?
