Now that you raise this issue, it reminds me that the rules the forum have a bit less comprehensive and need to be expanded a bit, in an intuitive format which will appeal to the user and let him easily absorb them. To elaborate, take a look at these two descriptions of a Creative Commons license:

Thank you for providing those two examples and I understand what you're saying, but I think the few rules/policies that govern the forum is to-the-point, and self explanatory.

What policy or rule do you think should be elaborated or expanded furthur? ..

Your suggestions are always welcome, and I am sure Shishya will take them into consideration.

If someone is willing to put together a more comprehensive presentation of tips on how to post images, quotes, etc., then they are welcome to do so. Just send me a copy and I will put it up in the appropriate section.

As regards the signature section, there is no fixed usage for it as far as the design of phpBB goes. It is up to the administrator to decide how it is to be used. And personally I don't really enjoy graphical signatures - especially when they clash with the template. Individuality and creativity should be expressed through the content of one's posts - that's about as far as I get into it philosophically...
