Namaste,

Though our membership is slowly increasing, members don't seem compelled to post or comment on anything. Sad We feel there must be something missing from the forum that people would like to see. So, we turn to you with the request to give us some ideas as to how we could improve the forum and make it more attractive to people. Any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated. Very Happy

Namaste,

it is a serious forum, i dont think young people would like to come over here and spend there free time. they are more into the other forums or msn. and they rather talk abouth other stuff than religion.

so i think is better to start thinking what the young people like abouth religion.

just thinking load up... Rolling Eyes

I find it hard to keep up with Shishya. He knows so much and is very intelligent......I am pretty much lay back when it comes to forums. I don't take everything seriously...Shishya should know that by now. Very Happy

Even though its a religious forum.....i still joke around sometime. We need some humor in our life....or else life would be too sad and boring.

Namaste Prabhat & Sunita,

Thank you for the comments. Very Happy

What do you think we could do to make the forum a bit more 'lively'? I think serious topics have their place, but I am certainly open for a bit more fun on the forum. Any suggestions?

Namaste Sunita,

As long as you remain online (that is, during one uninterupted session), the 'posts since last visit' should remain active and accurate. Of course, if you log off, then this will be reset until your next visit. If this is not the case, do let me know. Wink

If young means under 18, then i'm 17...

As for what is wanted... first off we need someone well versed in all works of dayananda including the translations of vedas...

Namaste PD,

Actually, I put it there. The problem was that some small-time browsers (including FireFox) don't recognize a wide family of fonts (like Wingdings), so it just shows up as a letter instead.

I'll have a look for a namaste emoticon...or perhaps design on myself. Unless you have something particular in mind, that is. Smile
