When you accept that everything around you is changing, and that you have no control over 99% of it, you are able to embrace change like a close friend! Change is like a river. The river of life that brings you ideas, people, and situations – each one an opportunity to enrich or be enriched. So accept, relax and enjoy it. _________________ Namaste,

F A M I L Y
I ran into a stranger as he passed by,
"Oh excuse me please" was my reply.
He said, "Please excuse me too;
I wasn't watching for you."
We were very polite, this stranger and I.
We went on our way and we said goodbye.
But at home a different story is told,
How we treat our loved ones, young and old.
Later that day, cooking the evening meal,
My son stood beside me very still.
When I turned, I nearly knocked him down.
"Move out of the way," I said with a frown.
He walked away, his little heart broken.
I didn't realize how harshly I'd spoken.
While I lay awake in bed,
God's still small voice came to me and said,
"While dealing with a stranger,
common courtesy you use,
but the family you love, you seem to abuse.
Go and look on the kitchen floor,
You'll find some flowers there by the door.
Those are the flowers he brought for you.
He picked them himself: pink, yellow and blue.
He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise,
you never saw the tears that filled his little eyes."
By this time, I felt very small,
And now my tears began to fall.
I quietly went and knelt by his bed;
"Wake up, little one, wake up," I said.
"Are these the flowers you picked for me?"
He smiled, "I found 'em, out by the tree.
I picked 'em because they're pretty like you.
I knew you'd like 'em, especially the blue."
I said, "Son, I'm very sorry for the way I acted today;
I shouldn't have yelled at you that way."
He said, "Oh, Mom, that's okay.
I love you anyway."
I said, "Son, I love you too,
and I do like the flowers, especially the blue."
FAMILY
Are you aware that if we die tomorrow, the company
that we are working for could easily replace us in
a matter of days.
But the family we left behind will feel the loss
for the rest of their lives.
And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more
into work than into our own family,
don't you think?
So what is behind the story?
Do you know what the word FAMILY means?
FAMILY = (F)ATHER (A)ND (M)OTHER (I) (L)OVE (Y)OU _________________ Namaste,

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Who am I? I am truth, I am love, I am purity, I am peace, I am wisdom, I am courage, I am bliss. That's who I truly am. Believe this, and you will be taking personal responsibility for yourself, thereby giving benefit for all, and helping to reshape the world for the better. _________________ Namaste,

Who are we? We are a source of love in the world. Love is what we radiate from our heart. True love never expects. True love never desires for itself. 'True love' is to be who we really are. _________________ Namaste,

Contentment comes when we accept and appreciate everyone as they are; and everything as it is. Happiness is the fruit of doing the right thing, at the right time, for the right reason. Bliss is the greatest happiness, when we are free from all illusion. _________________ Namaste,

Each morning before we begin the journey of our day let us sit still, in silence, and sow the seed of peace. Peace is harmony and balance. Peace is freedom. Peace is our original strength and our eternal tranquility of being. _________________ Namaste,

Truth is that which never changes. This includes who we are and why we are here. As spiritual beings who are eternal and immortal; we are here to celebrate our life and create our own story. If we do this without ego - the root of all that is not true - and with peace and love, we will know the greatest joy. _________________ Namaste,

The power of faith unites everyone, irrespective of individual religious
or social beliefs. It unites everyone in our personal commitment to
peace, love and non-violence. And as it raises our level of
consciousness, we change for the better. As we change as individuals,
there can be only one outcome. The total consciousness of the world must
change for the better too. _________________ Namaste,

When you practise Yoga, the intellect detaches from the present world, and the restless mind slows down. Merged in love for God, you will pass one test after another and nothing on earth will shake you. _________________ Namaste,

Namaste All,
i got this email from a girlfriend, she sent it with new year. like to share it with you guys.
May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of
faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the
love that has been given to you....
May you be content knowing you are a child of God...
Let His presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the
freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.
It is there for each and every one of us. _________________ Namaste,
